How long does a wash take?
A few minutes from the pay station to the dryer. It is an express tunnel, so you stay in your car the whole time. Most people spend longer at the vacuums than in the wash itself.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Pull in any day between 8:00am and 8:00pm. We are open 7 days a week.

What’s free with every wash?
High-power vacuums, towels, window cleaner, and the mat cleaner. There is no upcharge and no attendant waiting on a tip.
Can I add another car to my plan?
Yes. Additional vehicles are $20 per month each, no matter which plan you are on. You can add up to 4 more cars.
How do I change or cancel my plan?
Everything about your plan is handled in your account portal. Use the Manage My Plan link at the top of any page to log in. Your plan terms are shown there when you sign up.
What water do you use?
Every wash here runs on 100% well water, and the site is solar powered. We also clean with ceramic chemicals, which leave a slicker finish that sheds water.
Is Zoom Express locally owned?
Yes. Zoom Express is a Black-owned car wash serving Decatur and South DeKalb County.
Do you wash company vehicles?
Yes. Tell us about your fleet on our fleet services page and we will put together a plan.
